Anonymous Posters
I was reading a friends LJ this morning, when I came upon an anonymous post that was really harsh and critical. So she deleted the offending bit in her entry, as well as the anonymous comment. While I don't agree with deleting comments, she felt that it was something that may be detrimental to herself and others.
She also posted a reply to the anonymous comment. And then the person went and posted again. ANONYMOUSLY. Calling her cowardly, etc. I think that the person most afraid of the situation is this anonymous poster. They don't even have the guts to admit who they are. Maybe if they did, the situation might improve.
