It feels like I haven't posted in a long time... have I?
I've been "busy" doing nothing and everything. My issues with living at home have mostly sorted themselves out. I still don't want to be here... and I still don't have a job. I wonde how this summer will turn out.
I went job hunting today... I applied to places that said they weren't hiring. No one is hiring *crosses fingers for Sheridan Nurseries* I need a job!
- side note - i keep hitting my head on my bedside table!!! it's basically a square board nailed to the wall. and i keep bending down and wacking my head on the way up (ouch!) Also, my 'r' key isn't working so well... hehehe... i have to keep retyping all my 'r' words!
I got back from my weekend in Ottawa last night. We stayed at the Cartier Suites hotel, at Cooper and Elgin, which is close to pretty much everything. We spent most of the time with my uncle and aunt, and their enormous yellow lab, Buster. I first met Buster when he was 6 weeks old at Christmas and he was chubby and cute. Now, he is cute and massive. Not in terms of fat, but his length and build. He is only 5 months and still a puppy, and definitely not full grown (yikes!)
Saturday night I went out with Oriana, Erin, and Cal (and a few of Oriana's friends) to Zaphod's on York St. GOOD TIMES
Lots of drunk people... including these two guys that kept reintroducing themselves (Jeff and Jack from Ottawa and Michigan, respectively)
I walked back at around 2. It took me a while cause I was drunk and disoriented. I actually made it in a full circle back to the bar before I figured out where I was going hehee...
I'm now in toronto. I've never been so not at home at home. I really want to go back to London.
I realize I should probably do a year-end post, and I will. Eventually.
