I have a job ^^

I got a job at Sheridan Nurseries!!
I started yesterday, and while boring as all job training is, I think it will be fun. I also have an interview at Music World on Saturday, but I'm going to take a train to London Friday night, so I think I will reschedule.
I'm feeling happier now that I have a job and some money coming in.
I got my jury mark today (thanks danielle for sending it!!!) and was very disappointed. I knew it wasn't as good as it could have been purely because the songs they chose weren't the ones I was expecting. Unfortunate, but true. The mark is making me rethink my abilities as a performer. Do I honestly believe I can get into performance? And if I gamble, and throw myself totally into getting as good as I can be next year, is that good enough?? Should I take that risk?
I don't know what other options I have. I could do history, but where will that get me? I can't get any jobs with history.
Sheraton is always sitting at the back of my mind. I want to do musical theatre. But if I can't get into performance, where does that leave me?

Hm.

I'm also planning that camp (that I posted about a few months back). Hopefully it will get off the ground sometime in the next few days. I need those pamphlets out there!

Wow...we have the exact same dilemma. Worried about getting into performance, looking towards musical theatre...I want to do a 3-year degree at western, then 2 years at a musical theatre I think. We'll see.
