Finally, a house!
FINALLY SIGNED!!! Today, at 5:30, Yueyue, Steph and I signed a lease for 270 Sarnia Road.
It's the upper level of a big house. There are four (really hot) guys that live downstairs. There are two full bathrooms, and a huge living room and kitchen. There's also a small dining room. There are two big bedrooms, and one small one, and one of the big bedrooms has a full ensuite bathroom. Steph is taking the small, I get the big, and Yueyue gets the one with the bathroom. The backyard is huge too! We're getting a new stove from the landlords, who are two really cute Polish people who work at the university in Bio and Eng. They're doing renovations and repainting and shampooing the carpets and redoing the kitchen and bathrooms and cleaning everything (it's in the lease). Everything will be done for August 15th. Which is FABULOUS.
